The Host Should Provide Place And Light Facility Before And After Occasion Till Our  Work Is Fully Completed.

 Extra Plates Issued During The Occasion Will Be Charged Extra As Per Actual

 Rates. (But In Case Of Shortage Of Any Item Party Should Co-Operate Us.)

Taxes As Applicable Should Be Charged Extra.

 Breakfast Session Is From 9:00 A.M. To 11 :00 A.M. Lunch Session Is Between 12.30 P.M.

 To 3.30p.M. If Services Required

After 3.3 0p.M. Shall Be Charged Extra . In The Same Manner, Dinner Session Is Between

7:30p.M. To 10:30p. M.If Service Required After 10 :30p. M Shall Be Charged Extra.

25 %(Cash) In Advance At The Time Of Finalizing The Menu.

65% (Cash) Before 10 days Of The Date Of Occasion.

Balance Payment On Completion Of Occasion.

Please Recheck Date, Venue, Number Of Persons Before 2 days Of Occasion.

We Need Your Full Cooperation Before And After the Occasion For The Full Success Of the Occasion.

Any Type Of Hidden Cost I.E. Royalties, Ground/Hall Cleaning Charges Etc. Are To Be Paid By The Party.

 After The Finalized Menu, If Item Will Be Added In It Before 1 Or 2 Days Of The

Occasion, Then It Will Be Charged Extra

 We Have A Capacity Of Catering To Only Additional 10% To 12% More Than The Guaranteed Number Of Persons.

 In Case Of Frills And Canopies For The Buffet To Be Provided By Us, It Will Be Charged As Actuals. Displays Will Be Charged.

The Management Is Not Liable For Any Loss Or Damage to Guests Belongings During The Event.

The Management Has The Right To Change And Alter The Rules Without Any Prior  Notice.

In Case Of Cancellation Of The Function, We Shall Retain The Received Token Amount As Compensation For The Loss Of Business. Inconvenience Caused Is Highly Regretted.
